1.How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

Once you have submitted the order, it will normally take 1-2 working days for us to process the order and please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.     

2.How can I check the status of my order?

You can login into your account and check the status of your order in the order history. 

3.How much shipping will be charged for each order and how can I track my parcel online?

The tracking number would be sent by email once the items have been shipped.
No matter how many items you purchase per transaction, We only charge $14.95 for worldwide priority shipping.

4.What should I do if I never received the shipment?

After we provided the Tracking Number, the customer should track the items online frequently to avoid the troubles unaware in the delivery process. You can email our sales team directly on the lost shipment and we will investigate the case. Once we are convinced that the item was lost, we will replace a new shipment to you. However, we will not be responsible for the lost if you have furnished incorrect information in the order form.

If your silver is used frequently, keep it away from excessive exposure to air and store it in a tarnish-proof cloth such as the flannel pouch provided with your Tiffany silver or a silver storage box. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area, whether it is a closed box or a flannel roll. Avoid contact with rubber bands or other rubber products. The sulfur in rubber causes tarnishing and corrosion.

2.How do I care for my diamond?

Dust, pollution and daily wear all conspire to cloud the brilliance of a gemstone and dull the surface of platinum and gold. Tiffany suggests that your ring receive periodic professional maintenance. Our trained artisans will check that the setting is adequately securing your stones and give your ring a thorough cleaning. Between professional cleanings, Tiffany recommends the occasional use of a nonabrasive cleaner for diamond jewelry. A mild solution of six parts water to one part ammonia may be applied with a soft bristle brush. Jewelry with stones other than diamonds may need other care.

3.How do I care for my cultured pearls?

Fine cultured pearls with thick nacre layers will last for generations if cared for properly. Cultured pearls should be kept free of perfumes, cosmetics, perspiration and dirt. You may gently wipe cultured pearls with a slightly damp cloth. Tiffany cultured pearls are strung on pure silk with knots between each cultured pearl. Over time, the silk will stretch, weaken and become soiled. If you wear your cultured pearls regularly, we encourage you to have your cultured pearls cleaned and restrung annually.

Products featuring both wood and sterling silver should be cleaned with a standard polishing cloth. If using a silver polisher, please do not apply it in areas that that have wood or stones. The wood elements are natural and do not have any coating. By repeating to leave it in a dry or humid area, there is a chance that the wood will crack. Please use a pure beeswax polishing compound to maintain the wood.
